My main objective when it comes to dinner time is that I spend the least amount of time in the kitchen as possible while still putting a delicious and {somewhat} healthy and nutritious meal on the table.
I like cooking but by the time dinner rolls around I have usually hit a wall and would rather do a mindless activity that involves very little to no effort. Sooooo, I have to make dinnertime as easy as I can on myself!
I am big on meal planning and am always on the lookout for good recipes to bring to the table. Every Monday I make a list and head to the grocery store to stock up for the week.
Here are TEN recipes that have made my short list this week.
Corn Chowder – ready in 40 minutes
Crispy Baked Chicken Tenders – ready in 30 minutes
Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas – ready in 45 minutes
Grilled Nacho Pizza – ready in 25 minutes
Baked Honey Garlic Chicken – ready in 35 minutes
Zesty Grilled Santa Fe Chicken – ready in 25 minutes
Quick & Easy Italian Meat Sauce – ready in 20 minutes
Asian Jalepeno Chicken – ready in 20 minutes
Chicken Wings in Teriyaki Sauce – Slow Cooker
Pulled Pork Sandwiches – Slow Cooker
Let me know if you picked any of these for your dinner table this week!
Cheers,
Kimberley
